Every day we keep some appointment times open for emergencies, so patients with acute pain can generally receive same-day treatment. You will rarely have to wait longer than one day for a regular appointment.

Our Practice

Welcome to our IHR-CHIROPRAKTOR Practice

Get together with us to decide to treat the causes of your complaint instead of merely combating the symptoms. IHR-CHIROPRAKTOR works with you to develop an individual and effective treatment plan.

Our chiropractors work exclusively with their hands without the use of medication, injections or surgical interventions. Through the use of chiropractic treatment we would like to guide you to your goal as quickly as possible with the aim of:

correcting dysfunctions of your musculoskeletal system and posture and in doing so, optimise your health
sensitising you to the cause of your complaint instead of only paying attention to the symptoms
working holistically and long-term on your entire health

Our practice enjoys a central location, close to the city centre in the beautiful Hamburg-Uhlenhorst district. It is close to the Alster and can be reached easily from all parts of Hamburg - by car, bicycle or by bus.

Our premises

We are honoured to be able to exhibit the works of the Hamburg artist Anne-Kathrein Erban on our premises; we feel that these complement our practice’s atmosphere. The abstract depictions of different landscape forms and objects inspire us every day.
